Terms of Service
Last Updated: July 2026
Welcome to Site Pulse. By subscribing to our monitoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Billing, Payments, and Advance Notice
Advance Billing: All services are billed on a subscription basis and are payable one month in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Either party (the client or Site Pulse) may terminate the service at any time by providing 30 days' written notice.
Final Invoice: Any outstanding monitoring duties during the 30-day notice period will be completed, and final billing will be calculated accordingly.
2. Safe Monitoring & Liability Limits
Non-Invasive Diagnostics: Our continuous monitoring protocols are strictly external and diagnostic. We explicitly confirm that our routine monitoring activity cannot and will not cause harm, downtime, or disruption to your website.
Limitation of Liability: Site Pulse tracks availability and performance diagnostics but is not liable for data loss, server failures, or malicious third-party hacks occurring on the client's hosting environment.
3. Support, Maintenance, and Client Sign- off
From time to time, you may request our assistance in investigating a performance issue or backend configuration. When diagnostic or maintenance work is required on your website:
Formal Written Sign-off: Upon completion of the requested work, it is the client’s responsibility to review the site and send a confirmation email to Site Pulse stating that they are fully satisfied with the results. This email serves as the official sign-off.
Access Management: For security purposes, it is entirely the client's responsibility to delete or revoke our administrative access to their website backend once the specific technical work has been completed and signed off. Site Pulse will not be held responsible for open access vulnerabilities left unmanaged by the client.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect changes in our operational environment. Continued use of our monitoring tools after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
